Metalllashtirilgan plyonka IGBT Snubber kondensatori

Qisqacha tavsif:

1. Plastik korpus, qatron bilan muhrlangan;

2. Qalay bilan qoplangan mis qo'shimchalar simlari, IGBT uchun oson o'rnatish;

3. Yuqori kuchlanishga, past tgδ ga, past harorat ko'tarilishiga qarshilik;

4. past ESL va ESR;

5. Yuqori impulsli oqim.

SMJ-P seriyasi

Quvvat elektronikasi dasturlarida elektr simlarining parazit induktivligini kamaytirish maqsadida snubber kondensator katta tok kommutatsiya tuguniga ulanadi.

Parazitar induktivlik o'chirilganda (tok bloklanganida) katta kuchlanishga olib keladi va agar bunday kuchlanish komponentlarning nominal qiymatidan oshsa, eng yomon holatda ham oqibatda nosozlik xavfi mavjud.

Past induktivlikli ichki konstruksiyalar, ixtiyoriy quyma qatron korpuslari va moslashtirilgan terminallardan foydalangan holda, SMJ-P seriyali IGBTS ni tez almashtirish uchun mo'ljallangan va snubberlar va yuqori tok yuqori chastotali kirish filtrlari sifatida xizmat qilishi mumkin.
