IGBT qo'llanilishi uchun polipropilen plyonkali Snubber kondensatorining past yo'qotishli dielektriki

Qisqacha tavsif:

CRE seriyali IGBT snubber kondensatorlari ROHS va REACH standartlariga mos keladi.

1. Olovga chidamlilik xususiyatlari UL94-VO ga mos keladigan plastik korpus va epoksi uchi plomba yordamida ta'minlanadi.

2. Terminal uslublari va qutilarining o'lchamlari moslashtirilishi mumkin.

    Nominal kuchlanish diapazoni: 1000 VDC dan 2000 VDC gacha
    Sig'im diapazoni: 0,1 uf dan 3,0 uf gacha
    O'rnatish balandligi: 22,5 mm dan 48 mm gacha
    Qurilish: Metalllashtirilgan polipropilen dielektrik ichki ketma-ket ulanish
    Ilova: IGBT himoyasi, rezonans tanki sxemalari

    O'z-o'zini tiklovchi, quruq turdagi, snubber kondensator elementlari maxsus profillangan, to'lqinsimon kesilgan metalllashtirilgan PP plyonka yordamida ishlab chiqariladi, bu esa past o'z-o'zini induktivlik, yuqori yorilish qarshiligi va yuqori ishonchlilikni ta'minlaydi. Haddan tashqari bosimdan uzish zarur deb hisoblanmaydi. Kondensatorning ustki qismi o'z-o'zini o'chiruvchi ekologik toza epoksi bilan muhrlangan. Maxsus dizayn juda past o'z-o'zini induktivlikni ta'minlaydi.
